Home Minister Lamichhane vows to take initiative to give justice to Nirmala Panta



KATHMANDU: Newly-appointed Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has said he would take the initiative to give justice to Nirmala Panta.

It should be noted that Nirmala, 13, was raped and murdered in a sugarcane field near her home on 27 July 2018 in Kanchanpur.

Lamichhane said this after assuming his office at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
