NC General Secy Thapa accuses PM Prachanda of dishonesty

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has accused newly elect-Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ of committing political dishonesty.

While talking to journalists while participating in the literature festival held in Pokhara, NC General Secretary Thapa said that as the coalition candidate in the general election Prachanda had also got Nepali Congress votes, so, changing coalition was a dishonest act.

“There was weakness on our (NC) side.  However, the Maoist Center Chairman committed dishonesty,” he said, adding, “As coalition candidate Prachanda had got Nepali Congress votes in the general election.”

General Secretary Thapa remarked that everyone in the coalition were responsible for the collapse of the coalition.
