Indian Ambassador holds talks with Maoist Center Chair Prachanda

KATHMANDU: Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava held talks with Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” on Saturday.

Ambassador Srivastava reached Prachanda’s Khumaltar-based residence to congratulate him on his election to the House of Representatives.

The duo discussed current issues, recently concluded general elections in Nepal, and Nepal-India relations, among others.

It should be noted that the Indian also held a meeting with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
