Fire guts property worth over Rs 5 million

DOLAKHA: Property worth over five million rupees has been gutted in the fire at Kalinchowk rural municipality-5 in Dolakha district this morning.

The property was gutted when houses belonging to Bikas Thapa, Krishna Bahadur Thapa and Ishwor Thapa caught fire. The fire started from a kitchen completely destroyed the houses, said ward chairperson Subas Thami.

The fire was doused with the help of fire engine, Nepal police, APF Nepal, Nepali Army and locals.
