Dharan records one more death linked to COVID-19

MORANG: A COVID-19 patient has died in the course of treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.

According to Dr Chudamani Pokharel, the spokesperson of the Institute, a 26-year-old woman of Urlabari-2, Morang died in the course of treatment at 1 pm yesterday.

The woman had taken the COVID-19 vaccine, said Pokharel.

Her relatives had hospitalized her at the COVID ward of the hospital after her RDT report came out positive on Sunday.

She also had been suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes.
