10,800 US dollars recovered while cleaning Buddha Air plane

Police asks to claim the money with evidence



KATHMANDU: A total of 10,800 US dollars has been recovered from the Buddha Air flight.

According to Himalaya Kumar Shrestha, Superintendent of Police, Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Security Office, 10,800 US dollars is recovered from the plane parked at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

The amount comprises 108 hundred dollar bills that were found by the flight attendants.

The flight attendants found it while cleaning the plane in Kathmandu.

TIA police informed that the recovered money been sent to Revenue Investigation Department, Harihar Bhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.
