Nepal sees four new coronavirus cases in past 24 hours



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of four new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Monday.

All the four confirmed cases were detected through the RT-PCR method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 592 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

All the 592 samples were tested through RT-PCR method.

Currently, there are 406 active cases in the country as 18 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,019 to date.
