KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has issued a letter to 41 big tax payers simultaneously instructing them to pay property and house maintenance tax within ten days.
Writing a letter on Wednesday, the Metropolitan Municipality has instructed various organizations, individuals, companies and government agencies to pay real estate tax and house maintenance tax.
According to KMC sources, the organizations and individuals written to for the tax include Nepal Red Cross Society, Nepal Scouts to Barun Beverages, Ranjana Trade Center, World Trade Center, CTC Mall, Jay Nepal Cinema Hall, NRT Club among many others.
