One killed, six injured in an explosion at Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant in Lalitpur



LALITPUR: One person died in an explosion at the Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant in Lalitpur. Six persons have been injured in the incident.

The Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant is located in the Lalitpur Industrial Area.

The explosion took place shortly after 10 a.m. while filling a cylinder.

Lalitpur police spokesperson SP Siddhi Bikram Shah said that the identity of the deceased has not been ascertained.

According to SP Shah, the number of injured could be higher.
