KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma has been confirmed to have coronavirus infection again after eight months.

Updating his health status in Twitter on Wednesday afternoon, NC General Secretary Sharma informed that he has contracted coronavirus infection again after eight months.

He has self-criticized himself for the infection saying it was due to his lack of alertness.

“Infection as a result of not being vigilant in public events, I am self-critical,” he said.

He had undergone PCR at Mediciti Hospital after suffering from COVID-19 symptoms.

Along with leader Sharma, his wife and two children have also been diagnosed with coronavirus infection.
