Booster dose against Covid being administered in Lalitpur



LALITPUR: The government has decided to administer booster dose vaccine against coronavirus in Lalitpur from today (Tuesday).

According to Sagar Thapa, Chief of the General Administration Division of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, booster vaccine will be given from 8 different places in Lalitpur from Tuesday to Thursday.

The booster vaccine will be administered to frontline health workers and all staff, security personnel, public garbage collectors, sanitation workers, ambulance and hearse drivers and women’s health volunteers.

Likewise, booster vaccines are also given to employees working at Tribhuvan International Airport, public sector (government offices, community service delivery organizations, banking services, media persons, journalists, public transport drivers and co-drivers, among others).

Booster shots being given in the following hospitals:

Star Hospital, Sanepa

Alka Hospital, Kharibot

Sumeru City Hospital, Pulchowk

Nidan Hospital, Pulchowk

B&B Hospital, Gwarko

Medicity Hospital, Nakhu

Sumeru Hospital, Dhapakhel

Sarbhang Hospital
