Counting of votes in Bharatpur resumed after 25 minutes



CHITWAN: The counting of votes in Bharatpur Metropolitan City has resumed after 25 minutes of interruption.

The counting of votes was suspended after CPN-UML protest over the vote counting. The UML protested against the declaration of unclear mark on its election symbol as invalid.

The recount of votes started after the all-party meeting held to resolve the dispute agreed to accept only the ballot paper with the clear swastika symbol.
