Cinema halls, night businesses to remain closed till January 29



KATHMANDU: The government has issued “Third Wave Prevention and Control Order” in a bid to stop the spread of the third wave of Coronavirus.

The government has issued ‘Third Wave Prevention and Control Order 2078 BS’.

The order states that no more than 25 people are allowed to gather in public places, ceremonies, social work, etc. till mid-January.

In the first phase, cinema halls and night business will be closed for 15 days.

According to the government’s decision, phase-wise rules will be implemented concerning some services.

In the first phase, the government has decided to close all schools, colleges and universities till January 29.

The government has also issued the order to the people to enter hotels, cafes and restaurants only with vaccine cards.
