Vote count of Lalitpur metropolis beginning shortly



KATHMANDU: Counting of is starting shortly in Lalitpur Metropolitan City. Ballot boxes had been collected by Friday night. The counting of votes will begin after the all-party meeting at 7 am.

Chief Election Officer Kiran Prasad Shiwakoti informed that the discussion was held to start counting of votes on Saturday morning as all the candidates and staffers were tired on Friday.

A total of 86,540 votes have been cast in Lalitpur metropolis. The total number of voters in the Metropolis is 122,890.
