Ballot papers torn in Achham, polling postponed in two centers



MANGALSEN: The ongoing election for the local level representatives has been postponed temporarily in two polling centers of Achham.

According to sources, the election in Panchadewal Binayak-5, Layat and Sanphebagar-13 Babla have been postponed after the clashing parties tore the ballot papers and vandalized the polling centers.

The administration is trying to decide further through the consultation with the political parties.

The details are yet to come.
