Home Minister Khand casts his vote from Rupandehi



KATHMANDU: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has cast his vote.

Minister Khand has cast his vote at the Jyotinagar polling station of Tilotta in Rupandehi.

His press adviser Madhusudhan Bhattarai said that he had reached the polling station on Thursday.
