MoHP instructs health facilities to manage necessary manpower amid rising COVID19 cases

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has asked health facilities to fill vacant posts of health workers in view of the surging COVID19 cases.

The Health Emergency Operations Center (HEOC) under MoHP directed to recruit necessary manpower as per the approved quota at health facilities for prevention, control and treatment of COVID19.

Likewise, a secretary-level decision of the government provisioned for extending tenure of existing health workers, hired on contract basis, by a maximum of three moths, effective from January, 2022.
