UAE set a target of 193 runs for Nepal



KATHMANDU: UAE has challenged Nepal for 193 runs in the four-nation T20 series.

In the match undergoing at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground in Muscat, Oman, Nepal won the toss and elected to bat. UAE added 192 runs for the loss of three wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

Chirag Suru contributed the highest 84 for the UAE.

Similarly, Rohan Musthapa added 49 runs. Wasim Mohammad returned to the pavilion for 22 runs while Basil Hameed was dismissed for 17 runs.

For Nepal, captain Sandeep Lamichhane, Shahab Alam and Arif Sekh took one wicket each.
