Meteorologists forecast rainfall across the country



KATHMANDU: Heavy rainfall is likely to take place in some parts with partial to general changes across the country.

According to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, light to moderate rainfall would occur with thunder and lightning in some parts of the country.

Likewise, there is a chance of heavy rainfall in one-two areas of the Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces.

Light to moderate rainfall with thunders and lightning is predicted in some areas of the mountainous belt of the country and limited areas of remaining provinces in the coming 24 hours, the Department said.

Likewise, one-two areas of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini province are likely to receive heavy rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning.
