Traffic police take action against 2,741 people for violating traffic rules in Valley



KATHMANDU: Traffic police have taken action against 2,741 motorists in one day for violating traffic rules in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley.

According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, they were taken action for violating traffic rules.

The Office said 149 drivers for violating lane rules, 113 to be driving under the influence of alcohol, and 120 people traffic lights, among others.

Likewise, traffic police took action against 33 people for not having proper number plates, among others.
