U-19 women’s cricket team arrive in Nepal

KATHMANDU: The Nepali cricket team have arrived in Nepal after participating in the ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asian qualifiers.

The Nepali team that participated in the qualifier in Malaysia arrived in Nepal on Friday night. Officials of Nepal Cricket Association CAN welcomed the team at Tribhuvan International Airport.

In the Asian qualifier, Nepal managed to win 3 out of 5 matches. After winning 3 games and adding 6 points, Nepal managed to get the third position in the qualifier.

The top-ranked UAE will play in the U-19 Cricket World Cup in South Africa.
