Country needs to free itself from the grip of NC and communist parties: RPP Chair Lingden

MELAMCHI: Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rajendra Lingden has said that the November 20 election should be taken as an opportunity to free the country from the clutches of a handful of political leaders.

Addressing an election rally in Melamchi on Thursday, Lingden urged voters of the district to take the November 20 elections seriously as it will shape the future of the country and the people.

He said, “Casting a vote is much more serious than giving away a daughter. If you give your valuable vote to the wrong party or a leader, the whole country and the people will suffer.”

Lingden said that the Nepali Congress and the Communists transformed Nepal into a “slave-producing country” to be sent to the Gulf countries.
