US Army Pacific Commander Flynn arrives in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: US Army’s four-star General Charles A. Flynn has arrived in Kathmandu on a four-day visit at the invitation of the Nepal Army.

He was on a visit to India before coming to Nepal.

Flynn was welcomed at the Tribhuvan Airport by Lieutenant General Nepal Army Bala Karki.

Flynn is scheduled to hold high-level meetings with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, and others.

He is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at Singha Durbar tomorrow.

Likewise, he will also meet Chief of Nepal Army Prabhuram Sharma at the Army Headquarters on Friday.
