34 SPs transferred



KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has transferred 34 Superintendents of Police (SPs) on Sunday.

As many as 26 Senior Superintendents of Police (SSP) were also transferred on Friday.

SP Amarendra Bahadur Singh, who was stationed at Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, has been sent to the Gandaki Provincial Police Office while Arun Poudel of Gandaki Provincial Police Office has been shifted to Police Disaster Management Division, Samakhusi.

Similarly, Arjun Prasad Timilsina of National Police Academy, Maharajgunj, has been transferred to District Police Office, Siraha.

Similarly, Chakraraj Joshi of Metropolitan Riot Control Police Battalion, Tripureshwor, has been transferred to District Police Office, Kavrepalanchok, while Bhupendra Bahadur Khatri of Kavre District Police Office has been shifted to Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal.

Similarly, Nantiraj Gurung of Metropolitan Police International Airport Security Guard has been shifted to Nepal Police Highway Safety and Traffic Management Office in Pathalaiya, Bara, and Himalaya Kumar Shrestha has been brought to Airport Security Guard, among others.
