Two girls found dead in Dhanusha



DHANUSHA: Two girls have been found dead in Dhanusha.

Police said the bodies of the women were found in a bamboo grove at Ambaghat in Purwari Tol in the district.

The deceased have been identified as Pooja Mahara, 18-year-old daughter of Dasharath Mahara, resident of Devadia, Nagarain Municipality 7, and Aarti Kumari Mahara, 19-year-old, who is a resident of Harniya Harlakhi, Madhuvani district, India, and lives at her grandfather’s house in Devadia.

Both of them had gone to the nearby bamboo grove to cut grass.

Police have suspected that both the girls consumed poison.

Their bodies have been kept at the Provincial Hospital Janakpur for post-mortem.
