DIG Rai new Nepal Police Spokesperson



KATHMANDU: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Tek Prasad Rai has been appointed the Central Spokesperson of Nepal Police.

He was recently promoted from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to DIG.

According to the Police Headquarters, he has assumed the responsibility of the Police Spokesperson from Thursday.

Prior to his promotion, he was the Chief of the Human Trafficking Investigation Bureau at Babar Mahal.

Outgoing Spokesperson Senior Superintendent of Police Bishnu Kumar KC has been deputed to the Crime Investigation School, Maharajgunj.
