Two held with 1.5 kg pangolin scales



KATHMANDU: Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested two individuals with 1.5 kg pangolin scales from Koteshwor, Kathmandu.

The arrested are Rukma Bahadur Burja Magar of Ram Prasad rural municipality-4, Bhojpur and Bhabindra Bahadur Magar of Miklajung, Panchthar.

Bhabindra Bahadur Magar, 27, is currently staying at Tokha of Kathmandu.

The arrested have been handed over to Division Forest Office, Hattisar for necessary action, said CIB spokesperson Shyam Kumar Mahato.
