Bandipur to get housing project

BANDIPUR: Bandipur, a tourist destination of Tanahun district, is to get a housing project, Bandipur Hills Residence.

Developer Nepali House Private Limited project operator Aashutosh Pradhan said under the project, houses would be in a way featuring Nepali originality. The residence will provide services and facilities similar to the ones provided by a three-star hotel, he said, adding that the to-be-built houses can be used as home-stay facility as well.

“Under this project, 10 luxurious houses will be built on seven ropani land. Approximately Rs 180 million is estimated for the project,” he said. Five of the 10 houses to be built (two-storey each) have been already booked, he said.

Besides, the project will have facilities of a children’s park, a swimming pool, a conference hall and parking lots.

For the project, levelling and plotting the lands is underway, he said. Its completion deadline is within mid-April, 2023.

Spanning four aana three paisa land, each house costs Rs 13 million in minimum and Rs 18 million in maximum. The house will have a kitchen, a puja room and five bedrooms with an attached bathroom.
