50% employees asked to work from home in Delhi as COVID-19 cases spike



NEW DELHI: India’s COVID-19 cases have reached 35,011,990 with 51,729 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Of them, 481,893 have died and 34,320,296 have recovered from the pandemic, according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

The number of infections was 35,886 yesterday.

Currently, 209,677 people are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country.

Meanwhile, the government has asked the private offices to make arrangements for regular work with the help of 50 percent employees in the capital city New Delhi.
