CM Pokharel directs employees to effectively implement federalism



KATHMANDU: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokharel has directed the employees to work in a result-oriented manner so that federalism would be implemented effectively.

People should realize the change ensured by the federalism, he said, reminding that province government is the major platform to make people understand federalism.

CM Pokharel was saying it while inaugurating the training organized by Gandaki Training Institutes to the government employees here Monday. He underscored the need for implementing the federalism by utilizing the available resources. The employees are the pillars of government and their activities have direct bearing on public, so responsibility counts much, CM Pokharel added.

He hoped the training would be useful to boost the employees’ capacity.

On the occasion, Vice Chairperson of Province Policy and Planning Commission, Dr Raghuraj Kafle, also viewed the people deserve to receive service in a dignified manner.

Chief Secretary in province, Rabi Lal Panth, urged the training participants to utilize the training most.

Institute’s Executive Director Rishiram Pande informed that a month-long training was being provided to the assistant level employees on office operation and management.
