India reports 28,458 new COVID-19 cases



NEW DELHI: India’s COVID-19 cases have reached 34,917,590 with 28,458 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Of them,  481,770 have died and 34,284,561 have recovered from the pandemic,  according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Currently, around 150,000 people are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 5,460,301 and infected 290,632,072 globally until the filing of this news.
