Two die in Salyan jeep accident



SALYAN: Two people died in a jeep accident in Salyan on Saturday morning.

17 others were injured in the accident that occurred at Kumakh rural municipality, district police said.

According to the police, the ill-fated Jeep (Ra. 1 Ja. 798), which was heading toward Khairabang Temple, fell about 100 meters down the road.

District Police said that Man Bahadur Pun of Dumkot and Enka Pun of the same place died on the spot.

17 injured people were rescued and sent to District Hospital Khalanga for treatment.
