Two arrested with U.S.-made gun in Bara

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two persons with an American-made gun and two magazines in Bara Tuesday.

Rajesh Prasad Yadav, 35, of Ganganagar in Simraungadh Municipality-4 and Jitendra Prasad Kushwaha, 20, were arrested with the weapon in the district.

According to Bara Police Spokesperson DSP Gautam Mishra, a joint police team from the Provincial Police Office, Janakpur, and District Police Office, Bara, arrested the two from the Bidhayak Hotel in Simraungadh Municipality-6.

Police recovered an American gun with serial number 77770 and two magazines for the gun from them.
