One dies in Pyuthan tractor mishap



BUTWAL: One person has died and two others have been injured in a tractor accident in Pyuthan on Tuesday night.

According to Pyuthan police, Dharbindra Samat, 29, of Jhimruk-2, Kamerepani Pyuthan has lost his life when Lu 3 Ta 1083, a tractor carrying construction materials from Machchi Bazar to Badikot met with and accident at Jhimruk-3, Dohotepani.

Prem Samat, 34, and Krishna Chhetri, 20 of Jhimruk-2, both injured badly in the tractor accident, are undergoing treatment in hospital.

Samat has been taken to Butwal for treatment whereas Chhetri has been receiving treatment in Pyuthan District Hospital.

The tractor driver is still at large, the police source said.
