HoR meeting taking place today

PM Deuba to submit OAG’s annual report



KATHMANDU:  A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place today.

The HoR meeting has been called at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor at 1 pm.

Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota will read out a letter on the scrapping of ordinance on political parties sent by President Bidya Bhandari in the meeting.

Similarly, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will submit the 58th Annual Report of the Office of the Auditor General (OAG), 2078 in the meeting.

Main opposition CPN-UML has been obstructing the parliament.  It is likely to obstruct the parliament today as well.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Deuba has called an all-party meeting to put an end to the obstruction today.
