‘A Division’ National Football League: Sports Castle maintains top position



KASKI: The domestic team has maintained top position in the ‘A’ Division National Football League underway in Pokhara.

Sports Castle maintains its top position by defeating Jharana Sports Club 5-0 on Wednesday. The league tournament hosted by All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) is taking place at multipurpose covered hall of Pokhara Stadium since September 18.

Khimraj Gurung scored twice and Bijaya Gurung, Bishon Gurung and Kishor Gurung of Castle made each to outsmart Jharana Sports in the recent match.

Castle has garnered 16 points from six matches in the League. Jharana is in last position as it has not been able to gather a single score.
