KATHMANDU: Bibeksheel Sajha Party Coordinator Milan Pandey’s faction has formed a Justice and Good Governance Commission to take action against party Chairman Rabindra Mishra.
A meeting of the Central Committee of the Pandey faction held in Kathmandu on Friday decided to form a Justice and Good Governance Commission headed by Ashutosh Tiwari to investigate and take action against those violating party discipline.
The Pandey faction concluded that the main leaders, including party Chair Mishra, have been working against the party statute, promoting factionalism and creating political confusion.
The Commission has been given the responsibility to investigate, record and take action against incidents of violation of discipline in the last five months.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to carry out a campain for strengthening the party.
Mishra and Pandey factions have been holding parallel activities since dispute escalated in the party.
