Govt increases budget on agriculture sectors, Rs 45.09 billion allocated



KATHMANDU: The government has increased the budget for the agricultural sector.

The government has allocated Rs. 45.09 billion to agriculture for the coming fiscal year 2021/22.

In the current fiscal year, the government is implementing an agriculture budget of Rs. 41.40 billion.

The budget announced by the government includes a grant for the purchase of chemical fertilizers.
