KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted rains compounded with thunderstorms in the hilly region of the country on Sunday.
Currently, the weather is partly to generally cloudy in the hilly region and generally fair in the rest of the country.
According to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD this morning, light rains amidst thunderstorms are expected in the hilly area of Pradesh 1.
Similarly, light snowfall is likely in the high highly and mountainous areas of the country today.
