HoR Dissolution: Debates on behalf of writ petitioners concluding today



KATHMANDU: The debate of the legal practitioners on behalf of the writ petitioners on the issue against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) is concluding today.

Though the debate on behalf of the legal practitioners was earlier said to conclude on Friday, Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana had adjourned the session.

Advocates Shri Hari Aryal, Advocate Dr. Dina Mani Pokhrel, Sunil Pokhrel, Tikaram Bhattarai, Mukti Pradhan and Gopal Krishna Ghimire took part in the discussion on Friday.

Lawyers, on behalf of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, have been given 3 minutes to half-an-hour time for discussion.
