Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for Friday.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 138.41, while the selling rate is Rs 139.01. The buying rate of one European euro stands at Rs 153.29 and the selling rate at Rs 153.95.

Similarly, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling is Rs 178.89 and the selling rate is Rs 179.67. The Swiss franc is being bought at Rs 164.28 and sold at Rs 165.00.

For other currencies, the Australian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 85.52 and a selling rate of Rs 85.89. The Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 98.39 and sold at Rs 98.81, while the Singapore dollar has a buying rate of Rs 103.55 and a selling rate of Rs 104.00.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.51 and the selling rate is Rs 9.55. One Chinese yuan is being exchanged at a buying rate of Rs 18.88 and a selling rate of Rs 18.96.

The Saudi Arabian riyal stands at Rs 36.87 for buying and Rs 37.03 for selling, and the Qatari riyal at Rs 37.97 for buying and Rs 38.13 for selling.

Likewise, the Thai baht has been fixed at Rs 4.06 for buying and Rs 4.08 for selling. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 37.68 and sold at Rs 37.85, while the Malaysian ringgit is at Rs 30.98 for buying and Rs 31.11 for selling.

The buying rate of one hundred South Korean won is Rs 9.51 and the selling rate is Rs 9.55. The Swedish kronor is priced at Rs 13.96 for buying and Rs 14.02 for selling, and the Danish kronor at Rs 20.53 and Rs 20.62 respectively.

Additionally, the Hong Kong dollar has a buying rate of Rs 17.83 and a selling rate of Rs 17.91. The Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 450.30 and sold at Rs 452.26, while the Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 367.16 for buying and Rs 368.76 for selling.

The Omani rial is exchanged at Rs 359.52 for buying and Rs 361.08 for selling.

Additionally, the rate for one hundred Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
