Poacher shot dead in Dang



BUTWAL: One of the people who had been for hunting Friday night is found shot dead in the jungle in Dang.

According to the District Police Office, Dang, Tek Bahadur Gurung, 50, of Dang Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 13 was shot dead in the local forest on Friday.

The police have taken the shooter under control on Saturday morning.

According to SP Ganesh Chand, the Chief of Dang Police, the detailed investigation of the incident is likely to take some more time owing to the remoteness of the incident site.
