NABIL holding AGM on January 14



KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) is holding its 37th Annual General meeting on January 14, 2022.

The AGM to be held at the bank’s central office in Tindhara, Kathmandu is set to endorse a 38 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78 BS.

A meeting of the Board of Directors on November 2 had decided to distribute dividends on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.84 billion, the bank said.

Likewise, the AGM will also elect two board members from among the bank promoters.
