Nepali nat’l seriously injured in Malta road accident



QORMI: A 30-year old Nepali man from Qormi was taken to Mater Dei Hospital after being injured in a traffic accident.

The accident took place in Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp in Ħamrun, of Malta at around 11:30 am.

The police said there was a collision between a Kymco motorcycle, driven by the victim, and a Nissan driven by a 53-year-old from Marsaskala, Malta Independent reported.

The man was treated by a medical team on-site and was later taken to hospital, where his injuries were classified as serious.

Police investigations are ongoing.
