OKHALDHUNGA: A Nepal Army (NA) team has defused two pipe bombs found at a cave in in Khijidemba-8 Ghunsakhola, on Sunday evening.
According to Inspector Shiv Kattel, District Police Office, Okhaldhunga, the children who had gone to collect grass from the jungle had seen two pipe bombs in a cave and later informed to the police.
The police had informed NA about the bomb instantly.
Inspector Kattel informed that a team of NA deployed from Aridaman Gulm disposed the bomb on Sunday evening.
Considering the location of the bomb it seems they were not meant to harm anyone instantly, the police source said, adding, they might have been left over there by the armed groups long before.
The police are investigating further for details.
