IT investment summit to be held: Minister Gurung



KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung has expressed the commitment to effectively implement the Digital Nepal Framework.

Speaking at an interaction on the framework organized by the Ministry here today, he emphasized the need for successful and effective implementation of the Digital Nepal Framework in order to make Nepal able to compete with developed and powerful countries.

He also urged all stakeholder agencies to support the government in making it successful, which is transformative for the country.

On the occasion, the government spokesperson also shared that the government was preparing to host an IT investment summit of an international level for the development of the IT sector in the country.

Ministry Secretary Hari Prasad Basyal said the Ministry was looking forward to collaborating with stakeholder agencies to realize the effective enforcement of the framework.
