Nepal records 332 new COVID-19 cases, four deaths in last 24 hours

Kathmandu valley witnesses 181 fresh coronavirus cases



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 351 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 305 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 27 tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, 144 persons in Kathmandu, 26 in Lalitpur, and 11 in Bhaktapur have been tested positive for COVID-19, making the Kathmandu valley’s fresh coronavirus cases 181 in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry, four people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 232 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
