KATHMANDU: Nepal and India have reached an understanding on mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccine certificate.
During a program organized at the Ministry of Health and Population on Tuesday, Health Secretary Dr. Roshan Pokhrel and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra signed a memorandum of understanding.
After the sign in program, Dr. Pokhrel remarked that the travel of the nationals of both countries formerly affected by the widespread coronavirus pandemic will come to normalcy after the mutual recognition of the vaccines.
