India reports 5,914 new COVID-19 cases, 54 deaths



NEW DELHI: India’s COVID-19 cases have reached 34,758,078 with 5,914 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Similarly, India recorded 54 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 478,061 according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Currently, 84,957 people are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country while 34,195,060 have recovered from the pandemic.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 5,384,617 and infected 276,566,329 globally until the filing of this news.
