MORANG: Three people have been arrested in Morang with brown sugar.
The arrested are Dhaniram Chaudhary, 33, Manraj Sheikh, 37, and Kailash Mandal, 23, of Katahari Municipality-2.
A police team deployed from the Narcotics Control Bureau, Biratnagar, arrested them from Chamarahi Chowk in Katahari Rural Municipality-4 on Sunday afternoon.
According to District Police Office, Morang, eight grams of brown heroin and one digital weighing machine were seized from them.
